I really can't sleep?

I went to bed at 10:30 its now 1 oclock I got scared cause I'm scared of the dark a bit (like I dunno why kept thinking there was some1 or something there) then I went to my mum( I didn't know wht to do it'd been an hour) she shouted at me yea shew can win the award 4 best mum ever, read 4 like an hour, then waited till I'm sleepy still not, I rly can't fall asleep, my minds actually racing :/ btw I'm on my phone not on the computer, got skl tommorow :( any ideas? Xxx
