Abright college vs. Penn State?

So, I got accepted to both, and I'm very unsure which should I pick. If I choose Penn State (DuBois, Mont Alto, New Kensington, Lehigh Valley, Hazelton, Greater Allegheny, Fayette, Schuykill, Wilkes-Barre or York) Can you list the advantages and disadvantages of each campus and perhaps a current student. And what do students do on their free time? Tell me everything about both schools and the campus! Out of the entire campus list which is the largest campus?
