I have 2 dogs the one thats not spayed i think is pregnant i cant spray her right now id have to wait one mont?

Id have to spay her a month from now as to my vet is not currently available and the other vets arent reliable she snuk into the neighbors home a week ago but i covered the hole on the fence shes been cuddling more than usual and shes apperantly lactating and her nipples ARE swollen could she be pregnant please i need help
